(UnitedHeadlines.com) – Hunter Biden worries he may have to leave the country if former President Donald Trump is re-elected in 2024. In a report by Jonathan Lemire from Politico, Hunter Biden “knows he is in the political crosshairs.” He fears his legal troubles and investigations could force him to leave the country if Trump is re-elected. According to the article, Hunter Biden is worried about the toll “the intense scrutiny” his family is facing during the 2024 campaign is having on them.

On musician Moby’s podcast, Hunter Biden stated that Republican lawmakers are “trying to kill me,” adding that it would be “a pain greater than my father could be able to handle.” He stated that it would destroy his father’s presidency.
Hunter Biden’s comments come after the House voted Dec. 13 to launch a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden and his connections to Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. The launch of the formal impeachment inquiry allows three committees to investigate whether there are “sufficient grounds” to impeach Biden.
Instead of appearing for a closed-door deposition before Congress Dec. 13, Hunter Biden held an outdoor press conference where he attacked Republican lawmakers. He declared that his father was not involved with his foreign business dealings, despite evidence the committee has released. Hunter Biden stated he would testify but only in a public setting. Appearing in Washington, D.C., but not complying with the subpoena led many lawmakers to call for him to be held in contempt of Congress.
On Twitter, Florida Rep. Byron Donalds commented on Hunter Biden not appearing before Congress, writing, “This ain’t Burger King,” adding that when it comes to congressional subpoenas, “You can’t Have It Your Way.”
