Harris Accuses Biden of Being Unable to Conceal Mental Weaknesses, Highlighting Concerns

(UnitedHeadlines.com) – Longtime physician and Maryland Rep. Andy Harris is speaking out about President Joe Biden’s mental capabilities following the report by special counsel Robert Hur that referred to Biden, 81, as a “well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.”

Harris, a member of the Republican Doctors Caucus and an anesthesiologist, stated that the 2024 presidential campaign would put Biden’s cognitive deficiencies on display. He added that campaigning would reveal that Biden “can’t make the decisions you need a president to make,” during the Feb. 18 interview with Jon Glasgow on the “Sunday Report.”

He went on to compare Biden’s 2024 campaign to his 2020 campaign, stating that they were able to keep “him in the basement for the campaign” four years ago, but if he had been speaking publicly people would have seen his “dementia.” He added that now, people see it and know it.

Harris continued to say that Democrats will try to use Hur’s report to get Biden out of the presidential race, as they are concerned about his mental capabilities. He said he thinks they will try to take him off the national ticket before the Democratic National Convention, adding it will probably in the “next couple of months.”

Harris is not the only one to state the Democrats could try to replace Biden. Talk show host Alex Jones, former 2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick have also stated they think Democrats could replace Biden with Michelle Obama.

He said he thinks if Biden uses the teleprompter for his March 7 State of the Union, then Harris thinks he can make it through without a major mistake.

Biden’s age has continued to be discussed among many as he and former President Donald Trump, 77, appear to be headed for a rematch of the 2020 election. The age of both candidates has caused many to be concerned as polling continues to show Biden’s age as something voters are worried about.
