Haley Claims Biden is ‘More Dangerous’ Than Trump

(UnitedHeadlines.com) – Republican presidential candidate and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley referred to President Joe Biden as “more dangerous” than former President Donald Trump.

During the Feb. 22 interview with NPR’s Steve Inskeep, Haley said neither Biden nor Trump should be president, adding that both have only “given us chaos” and “division.”

If the choice in November is between Trump and Biden, Haley said Biden would be a more concerning choice because “his policies are bad” as they have moved the country “more towards socialism.” She said his policies have led to problems with the economy, and his immigration policies have caused the crisis at the southern border. She also criticized Biden’s “mental competency,” adding that it has reached a level which should concern everyone.

Haley noted that she has problems with both Biden and Trump when asked about her concerns with Trump’s mental competency. She called it a “problem” that we have “two 80-year-old candidates.” Haley called both Biden and Trump “too old” to serve another term as president as at 81, Biden is the oldest president in U.S. history, while Trump is 77. As she continues to campaign against Trump, Haley has repeatedly called for competency tests for politicians who are older than 75 and term limits.

She believes the only solution to the problems with Biden and Trump is electing “a new generational leader” who focuses on the future and not the past. She said she believes she is that leader and is ready for what she said is “the toughest job in the world.”

Despite losing the Iowa caucuses and the primary contests in New Hampshire, Nevada, and her home state of South Carolina to Trump, Haley has said she will remain in the race through March 5, Super Tuesday, when 16 states hold their primary elections. She said she wants to wait until Super Tuesday to decide whether or not she will drop out of the race to “let people’s voices be heard.”
